From Phone to Stress –or From Me to Myself?

Many of my mornings used to start the same way.
I’d wake up, grab my phone, and start checking. Emails, messages, unfinished tasks from yesterday…
Before I even got out of bed, my mind was already racing – not based on how I felt, but based on what the world demanded of me.
I was stepping into the day, but not into myself.
I was reacting before I had chosen how I wanted to show up.
Everything changed when I asked myself one simple question:
👉 Who controls my morning – me or everything else?

When you start your day in stress, it stays with you.
When I was in the middle of the hustle – juggling big projects, heavy responsibility, and constant pressure – morning routines felt like a luxury.
Who has time to sit with themselves, meditate or journal, when the world is already waiting?
But here's the truth: the world doesn’t wait.
If I begin my day in stress, it shapes how I think, speak, and respond.
If I begin with myself – I get to choose how I want to meet the world.
I decided to try one thing: To meet myself first.
I called it Rise in Alignment – not a perfect method, but an experiment:
Giving myself just a few minutes before connecting to everything else.
Breathing, writing, thinking – not for long, but with intention.
Starting my day in connection with myself, not unconsciously through screens.
Now I´m inviting you to try it too.
I have created a 5-day challenge called Rise in Alignment – Morning Routine .
It's simple, beautiful, and designed to work in real life.
Every day you´ll receive:
📖 Short message for reflection
🌀 A simple exercise to ground yourself
❓ A question that helps you align with what matters
You don't have to wake up at 5 a.m. or be a "morning person."
You just need the will to start your day a little differently—in your center, not in a reactive state.
ready to try meeting yourself first?
